Welcome to Fine Thread Collection. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Products

We specialise in high-quality cotton embroidery thread, sold individually. We do our best to describe and show each product accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings or lighting.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed securely through our website.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is charged on purchases.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is sent, including tracking (if available).

4. Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer rights.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • You must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. After dispatch, the return policy applies.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., wrong item or defect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We only collect the information needed to process your order. Your details are kept secure and never shared with third parties.
