Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@finethreadcollection.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
๐ฆ Please do not return items without contacting us first.
๐ธ Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you that we’ve received your return
- Confirm if the refund has been approved
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3โ5 working days.
๐ซ Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or sent in error).
โ ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used embroidery thread
- Items not in their original condition
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
๐ฎ Return Address
We will provide the return address when you contact us to initiate your return. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
๐ Exchanges
Weโre happy to offer exchanges if you’d prefer a different colour or item, provided:
- The original item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- You cover the postage costs for returning the original item and for the replacement
